1st Monday of the Month - Guest Artist Monday -Whenever possible, a Guest Artist will join and lead us in about a dozen songs of their choice. Their favorites! Plus, if any time is left, we'll just jam!

3rd Monday of the Month - Max # Songs - The jammers will Rock 'n Roll (or bluegrass, blues, cowboy, country, folk, and rockabilly) through as much music as we can. Interesting songs! Minimal talk! Maximum playing!

5th Monday of the Month (4 of them a year!) - Jukebox Jam - This is sky's the limit" song time. Bring the name of a song or tune you'd like to hear. Our jam leader, with "positive" jammer "suggestions," will find the lyrics and a recording/
audio/video on the Interweb. Then, we'll play the song! And then, on to the next, and the next, and . . .! This is ukulele jam song trivia at its "5th Monday Jam finest!"

Songs We Play At These Jams -
  • Songs from the Twin Cities Ukulele Club Dropbox 1A ALL SONGS folder.
  • Songs brought by our Guest Artists.
  • Songs from sheets brought by jammers. If you are bringing a song, you will need about 15 copies for other jammers, and you must know the song well enough to lead it.
  • Songs from the Daily Ukulele Yellow, Blue and Purple Books.
When and Where - 1st, 3rd & 5th of each month from 7 to 8:45 p.m. at the Kenwood Park Community Center, 2101 Franklin Ave. W, Minneapolis, MN 55405. At the north end of Lake of the Isles.
Who - The jam emphasis will be on ukulele.  This jam is geared for adult and mature teen advanced beginners to advanced uke players.  These jams are free and open to the public. The jams will be facilitated by TCUC leaders.
