  • Songs - Click here for The Daily Ukulele: 365 Songs For Better Living (Yellow book) and the Daily Ukulele: Leap Year Edition (Blue book) song books. ​They are available from Hal Leonard Publishing, local music stores and online. Click here for these books. These are the only music sources for the Southdale Jam.

  • What - A ukulele jam using the Yellow and Blue Books (Daily Ukulele: 365 Songs For Better Living and Daily Ukulele: Leap Year Edition). To better control Covid-19 distancing and contact, we will not use handouts. 
 
  • Who - Appropriate for all ukulele skill levels from absolute beginner to advanced. 
 
  • When - Friday 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. 
 
  • Where - Southdale Shopping Center in Edina. Enter at the North entrance shown above. The entrance is to the left of Macy's and Smashburger. Head straight in. We will be in the former Outdoor Games by James area just past Smashburger on the right side of the food court. There is parking outside the North entrance. ​

  • Sponsor - Prince Music (Southdale and St. Paul) and Southdale will be co-sponsoring our jam. Click here for the Prince Music website. 

  • Bring - Ukulele, banjolele, resonator Uke, kazoo, cajón, Yellow and Blue books, and music stand. Southdale will provide chairs. Lunch opportunities at Smashburger and Q'doba - Well spaced Indoor and Outdoor seating available! Ukuleles, strings and other uke accessories will be available at the Prince Music Southdale location just a short distance from our jam site.
 
  • Covid-19 Precautions - We will follow very stringent Covid-19 precautionary guidelines - distancing, disinfectant and an abundance of caution! We will distance at least 6 feet. Masks will be used by all jammers at this jam. We’ll keep the size of our group to about 12.
