Need help playing the uke?

Come to the jam or event. We will help you learn to play the ukulele. Need a loaner uke at the jam? Contact TwinCitiesUkeClub@icloud.com. This is for those who are new uke players or who haven’t played uke much or recently. The whole idea is to introduce and practice chords, chord changes, 1 4 5, and other concepts to new or less experienced uke players before the jam. With our help, you will be able to play along right at the jam.

Thanks to Enya Ukuleles for making Nova U concert ukuleles
available at Twin Cities Ukulele Club jams and events as loaners!

MOSTLY Free Jams - This is the fine print!
  • Monday jam the White Bear Lake Senior Center - Jammers are required to purchase a $30 annual White Bear Area Senior Center pass.
  • Friday jam at the Minnesota Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship - The MVUUF charges TCUC a small amount to use their facility. Jammers are asked for an equally small amount at these jams - just a few dollars. We welcome jammers for whom money is tight. If you can kick in a few dollars, great! If not, we still want you to attend this jam!

Join Us -  The Twin Cities Ukulele Club jams are open to the public, and we welcome all levels of uke players to our jams.

Questions - TwinCitiesUkeClub@icloud.com.

Because of a generous gift in memory of our friend ukulele player Don Venne, we have a great projector and screen. As a result, we will show the lyrics and chords for songs played at most Twin Cities Ukulele Club jams, as well as other club events. Thanks Mary Rose!

Important Fine Print - We use the Daily Ukulele Yellow and Blue books, and the baritone versions of these books at most of our Twin Cities Ukulele Club jams. And, we show the songs in these books on a screen at many jams. In order to show the contents of these books on a screen at a jam, jammers must have their own copies of the print or digital/ebook versions of the Yellow and Blue books or the baritone equivalents. Click here to see information about these song books, and see
#5 - Music/Song Books.
